Every year, the AltoGusto network restaurateurs give life to the food festival of the same name, dedicating themselves to the topic that, from time to time, is the central theme in the exciting evenings of haute cuisine. The idea for this year is “All Colours”.

Nested in the stunning Dolomites landscape, the local protagonists of this excellent enogastronomic network are united by love for their land, respect for its culture and its culinary tradition, and will of promoting the exquisite typical products through their cooking, being able to remember the smells and flavours of this region and at the same time becoming refined and innovative.
